Going to court is not always the best or most cost effective answer to a dispute. Frequently, we are able to provide innovative negotiated solutions to a range of business issues and disputes. Unfortunately, negotiations do not always bear fruit and going to court becomes necessary.

Pacific Legal has helped our clients review, prepare, initiate, and defend claims in a broad range of disputes against businesses, government entities, and other individuals for over ten years. We have represented clients both large and small in a variety of cases in both federal and state courts.

When the time comes to pursue or defend litigation matters in court, the Pacific Legal Group can help you obtain the best results. While we can never guarantee an outcome to a case, we will treat your case as if it were our own and provide you the best legal representation available.

Victories

An employer failed to pay our client for the overtime hours she worked. The owner repeatedly denied her requests to be paid for these hours. We filed our client's case against the employer and, even though the employer destroyed evidence to hide his wrongdoing, prevailed before both the district and appellate courts. The client received her unpaid overtime, additional liquidated damages, attorneys' fees, costs, and sanctions against the employer.

CASE WON

A single grandmother loaned much of her life savings to a trusted individual. The borrower failed to pay according to the contract and we filed suit for our client. The court granted our Motion for Summary Judgment and our client received a judgment for the full amount plus interest and attorneys' fees.

CASE WON

Our client was sued by a collection agency for unpaid medical bills. After challenging the agency's evidence, the plaintiff quickly agreed to dismiss the case in its entirety.
